We derive formulae which lend themselves to TQFT interpretations of the Milnor Torsion, the Lescop Invariant, the Casson Invariant, and the Casson-Morita Cocycle of a 3-manifold, and, furthermore, relate them to the Reshetikhin-Turaev theory.
